What to expect
From your first call to the day itself, we make sure you always know what is happening, what comes next, and what (if anything) we need from you.
A first conversation
Most families start with a short phone call. We will ask only what we need to — where your loved one is, and the best way to reach you. Once that is settled, you can step away from the practical things for a moment.

A meeting at your pace
Within a day or two, we will meet — at our office, or wherever feels right. We will go through the choices gently, with no pressure, and write nothing down without your agreement.
Quiet preparation
In the days leading to the service, we handle the paperwork, the flowers, the music, and the venue. You can be as involved or as removed as you wish.
“You can lean in or step back at any point. We adjust to you.”
On the day
A familiar face will be there from start to finish. We arrive early, walk you through the timing, and stay close throughout. After the service, we will follow up about ashes, certificates, and anything practical that remains.
