Try Funeral Branch

Beliefs & religions

Every faith has its own rhythms around death, and every family within a tradition holds it slightly differently. We work with all of them, with equal care.

Christian funerals

From Anglican and Catholic services through Methodist, Baptist, and Pentecostal traditions, we work closely with parish priests, ministers, and chaplains. We are familiar with the order of service, the hymns, and the rhythms of each tradition.

Beliefs & religions

Muslim funerals

We hold relationships with local mosques and can arrange ghusl, white shroud (kafan), prompt burial within 24 hours where possible, and funerals oriented toward Mecca. We do not embalm where the family requests we do not.

Hindu and Sikh funerals

Cremation is the norm; we accommodate puja or ardas before the service, families dressing the body, and the scattering of ashes. We work alongside priests and granthis.

Jewish funerals

We work with the chevra kadisha and can arrange burial within 24 hours, simple coffins (aron), no embalming, and the traditional rituals of tahara and shomer.

Whatever the tradition, we honour it without question.

Humanist and non-religious services

For families who hold no faith, we work with humanist and independent celebrants to create services centred on the person’s life, character, and relationships.
